The City

Today, I went to the city for an appointment. It was at 1 p.m. I was stuck on the train since 12 o'clock and didn't get there until after 2 p.m. While on the train, I met this old couple who was supposed to go to Queens, but was on a train to Manhattan. When the train stopped at Roosevelt Avenue, they asked me if we passed 179 Street yet. I told them that they were on the wrong train because the one we were on was heading to Manhattan. I had to take them upstairs, go to the platform on the other side, and point them in the right direction. After I did that, I felt happy to help them because I was tired of sitting on the train.
